  3. Acid level in mouth from consumption of sugar and honey

From the above graph here we can see that excessive amounts of sweet can cause a lot of harm to our teeth. Lower pH levels in the mouth is to dangerous this also will cause tooth decay.

By comparing fruit sugar, cane sugar and honey, which are all common ingredients of sweet foods, we find that cane sugar lowers pH levels for the longest period, thus producing the greatest risk of the three. Approximately five minutes after consuming cane sugar, pH levels drop to as little as pH 3.5. They then begin to rise slowly, but do not rise above pH 5.5 until at least 30 minutes have elapsed. By contrast, fruit sugar, which causes the mouth's acidity to fall to just above pH 4, poses a danger for a shorter period: tooth decay is unlikely 20 minutes after consumption. Honey appears an even less risky substance. Though acidity falls to about pH 4.75 within five minutes of consumption, it returns to above pH 5.5 in under fifteen minutes.

As we all see, when the pH level in the mouth is kept above 5.5, acidity is such that teeth are unlikely to be in danger of decay. Sweet foods, however, cause pH in the mouth to drop for a time, and the longer pH levels remain below 5.5, the greater the opportunity for decay to occur.

In conclusion, for those people who likes eating sweet foods should be aware of the ingredients, and that fruit sugar or honey appear preferable to cane sugar. Take care of our teeth’s well, it is so important.

The chart shows how the sugar would decay the teeth by increasing the acid level in the mouth. The chart also shows the time taken to neutralize the acid.
There are three types of sugar sources being tested. The most type of sugar increased the acid level in the mouth is the cane sugar. It increases the acidity of the mouth by 3.5pH in five minutes. Compared to the fruit sugar which increase the acidity in the mouth within five minutes by 4.3pH while honey by 4.7pH within the same time. In time taken to neutralize the acidity level in the mouth, honey takes lesser time than fruit sugar and cane sugar which is within 25 minutes. Besides, fruit sugar takes 35 minutes to neutralize the acid while cane sugar takes 40 minutes.
We can see the impact of taking excessive sugar to our body. Other than diabetes, we also have to face the dental problem. As we all know, the increase of acid will lead to teeth decay. It will make our teeth lose one by one than finally we have to use the dentures.
As a conclusion, cane sugar is the most dangerous than other sources of sugar.

  7. Acid level in mouth from consumption of sugars and honey
The graph above shows the acidity level in the mouth due to the consumption of sugars and honey. It has been divided into three categories such as hone, cane sugar and fruit sugar.
Based on the graph shown, the highest acidity level shown is 3.6 after consumption of cane sugar in 5 minutes time but by the times goes on, the pH level increases to the value of 7. The pH value of eating fruit sugar is about 4.3 in 5 minutes time. The pH value of eating honey is at 4.8 approximately in 5 minutes time.
Basically, excessive consumption of sweet things as mentioned above can cause tooth decay and indirectly it also spoils the image and rapport of a specific individual.
As a conclusion, eating sweet things are not dangerous but it can be dangerous if it is consumed excessively.

ACID LEVEL IN MOUTH FROM CONSUMPTION OF SUGARS OR HONEY WITHIN TIME ELAPSED

The chart show the acid level in mouth from consumption of sugars or honey within time elapsed after eating it.

The pH level 5.5 and above shows that acid level which tooth decay is unlikely and if below that, is show tooth decay start to occurs. For the 5 minutes early when eating the fruit sugar, cane sugar and honey it show an increasing acid level. For the honey, after moment of eaten for about 13 minutes, the acid level start to decreased and past through the pH 5.5 and above. After eaten the fruit sugar for about 19 minutes, the acid level in mouth start to decreased. Cane sugar also start to decreased the acid level but in the different time than the two others. It's start to decreased after 31 minutes we eaten.

In conclusion, we can see that among of the three of it, cane sugar is the most highest level of acidity in the mouth that can effect the tooth decay and also the slowest to reduce the acidity.

ACID LEVEL IN MOUTH FROM CONSUMPTION OF SUGARS / HONEY

Eating sweets produces acid in the mouth which can cause the tooth decay. From the graph given, it shows that high acid levels are measured by the low pH values which means, higher pH levels is the lower of acidity. Depends on the graph, there are three types of sweet foods that used to be test in this research which is fruit sugar, cane sugar and honey. This research was state about 40 minutes to test this acidity in human mouth.

From the graph, cane sugar act as a sweet sugar which is brings most acidity in our mouth. It will bring more acidity about 3.5 of pH value even though being eaten or chewed for only 5 minutes. This acid level will decrease at the time of 30 to 40 minutes of chewing or eating. However, the sugar from fruit takes the second place which brings the acidity in our mouth. Same to the sugar cane, the acidity is high after at 5 minutes which the pH level is 4.3. The acidity while decreased at the time of 20 to 40 minutes. The sweets from honey are the last place that brings acidity in human mouth. In 5 minutes of chewing time, it produces 4.8 of pH value in our mouth. However the acidity is easy to lose which it take part after 10 minutes it placed in our mouth.

The graph also informed us that at the pH level of 3 until 5.5, the acidity at this range level may cause the decay of the tooth. While the tooth decay is unlikely occurs at pH value is in the range of 5.5 to 7. What can be conclude here is, we have to control the intake of sugar in our meals because higher amount of sugar will cause the decay of our tooth besides can increase the sugar level in the blood that prone to become diabetic person.

  16. A graph shows acid level in mouth from consumption of fruit sugar, cane sugar, and honey according time elapsed after eating it.

For fruit sugar, a graph shows decreasing between moments eaten until five minutes, then increasing until 35 minutes and static until 40 minutes. But, after 15 to 20 minutes it include in acid level at which tooth decay is unlikely. It also shows in a same situation like fruit sugar for cane sugar but after 5 minutes, the graph show increasing until 40 minutes. In 30 to 35 minutes until 40 minutes, the level of graph for sugar cane is categorized in low acidity. For honey, the graph also same as sugar cane and it categorized in low acidity. During time between 10 to 15 minutes until 40 minutes.

Implications for dental health that can occur are making the teeth faster to decay. It also will cause we have bad breath and other negative impacts. If we rarely brush the teeth after eat sweet foods, bacteria will spread in our mouth and cause more complications like gingivitis.

As a conclusion, if the graph decreasing, it means acid level is increasing. Between this types of sugar and honey, the cane sugar are more acidity compared to fruit sugar and honey.

For the common slowly increase of the ph is cane sugar because on first 5 minutes level of the ph is at 3.7 only and on 30 minutes it started touch level decay unlikely and after 40 minutes the level of ph is 7.

As my conclusion is, acid level at which tooth decay is unlikely is honey because it started touch the level more than 5 on 15 minutes early than fruits sugar and cane sugar.

Based on the graph shows acid level in mouth from consumption of sugars or honey. Eating sweet foods produces acid in the mouth, which can cause tooth decay.

Some bacteria or microorganisms that was called streptococcus mutans will cause chronic and progressive destructions of the teeth. Acid level in mouth from consumption of sugars will increase in moment eaten until first 30 minutes. In the first 5 minutes after eat sugars, the acidity will be in the highest level. Honey is the best artificial sweeteners fir all people other than sugars because it will take a short periods of acidity level in the mouth as well as a lot of health benefits. Cane sugar will take longer periods of increasing level in mouth other than fruit sugar and honey.

As a conclusions by National Institute Of Health, brush teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, floss teeth everyday, snack smart that is limit sugary snacks and see dentists regularly by once in 6 months for a healthy teeth to prevent other disease such as epilepsy and cardiovascular.

ACID LEVEL IN MOUTH FROM COMSUMPTION OF SUGAR OR HONEY

According the graph below shows if eating sweet foods can produces acid in the mouth which is can because tooth decay. The graph show how the pH level increase due to the time elapsed after eating fruit sugar, honey and sugar cane.

The duration between the moments eaten until 40 minutes after eats the sweet foods. The increase acidity of pH level starts from pH 3 to pH 7. For the moment when eat honey, fruit sugar or sugar cane, the level of pH is pH 7 which is the acid level of the tooth decay is unlikely. After 5 minutes eat the all type in acid level at which tooth decay occurs. The reading follows for 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 25 minutes and 30 minutes. But for honey it maintain until 15 minutes after eat it become to acid level at which tooth decay is unlikely. For the fruit sugar maintain until 20 minutes after then next minute it become to acid level at which tooth decay is unlikely. Different from sugar cane it maintain in level at which tooth decay occurs until 30 minutes after eat. For the next 35 to 40 minutes after eat, the all type become acid level at which tooth decay is unlikely with the pH level is pH 7.

The conclusion is the honey is have acid level at which the tooth decay is unlikely compare to another types.

The graph shows the acid level in mouth from consumption of fruit sugar, cane sugar and honey. For fruit sugar consumption, within 5 minutes, the pH level was decreased that is became acidic. At this level, tooth decay easy to occurs. For cane sugar, at 5 minutes the pH level became acidic and at 40 minutes the pH level became neutral. Beside that, at 5 minutes the pH level of honey consumption also became acidic and the pH level maintain until 10 minutes. At, 35 minutes the pH became neutral. For comparison, the acidic level between fruit sugar, cane sugar and honey, cane sugar have the highest acid level and likely to contribute tooth decay. While the lowest acid level was honey eventhough it was still acidic level but not as low as cane sugar and fruit sugar. Also, between this 3 kind of sugar consumption, honey more faster and longer on decreasing their acidity and low the risk of tooth decay to occurs. As a conclusion, cane sugar produce more acid in the mouth in the long period of time and cause tooth decay easily to occurs.

  35. Report on Acid Level in Mouth from Consumption of Sugar or Honey

The above diagram illustrate about the acid level in the mouth from consumption of sugar or honey. As we all know, anyone who eating excessive amounts of sugar has high risks of harming the teeth.
When the pH level in the mouth is above 5.5, there are low chances for tooth to decay. However, sweet foods, because pH in the mouth to drop from time to time and the longer pH level remains below 5.5, the greater the opportunity of tooth decays to occur.
Fruit sugar, cane sugar and honey are the common ingredients of sweet food. By comparing it, we can find that cane sugar has the lowest pH levels for the longest period, thus producing the greatest risk compared the other three. In comparison, the pH of fruit sugar is above 4 thus poses a danger for a shorter period. Honey appears as an even less risky substance. Through acidity falls to about pH 4.75 within 5 minutes of consumption, it returns to above pH 5.5 under fifteen minutes.
People who insist to eat sweet food should be aware of the ingredients. In addition, fruit sugar and honey appears as preferable medium that can replace cane sugar.

ACID LEVEL IN MOUTH FROM CONSUMPTION OF SUGAR/ HONEY AND
    THE COMPLICATIONS FOR DENTAL HEALTH

Eating excessive amounts of sweets risks harming the teeth. This is because sweets lower pH levels in the mouth to dangerous levels.

By comparing fruit sugar, cane sugar and honey, which are all common ingredients of sweet foods, we find that cane sugar lowers pH levels for the longest period, thus producing the greatest risk of the three. Approximately five minutes aftfter consuming cane sugar, pH levels drop to as little as pH 3.5. They then begin to rise slowly, but do not rise above pH 5.5 until at least 30 minutes have elapsed. 39. Acid Level in Mouth From Consumption of Sugars/Honey

In the graph above, it shows the acid level in mouth from consumption of sugars or honey. Eating sweets foods can produces acid in the mouth, which can cause tooth decay. There are three types of sweets foods in the graph includes fruits sugar, cane sugar and honey. At the moment we eaten the sweets foods, it shows the acid level was at PH 7 which is not in level of acid.

Followed by 5 minutes later, the acid level was descends to become more acidity which in range between PH 5 until PH 3.5. Level of PH below 5.5 is considered in acid level at which tooth decay occurs. While that, level of PH above 5.5 is in acid level at which tooth decay is unlikely to be occurs.

From my observation, the time elapsed after eating sugar/honey in between 5 minutes until 25 minutes had shown the appearance of acidity level in mouth. But after 20 minutes, the acid level in mouth become less which above PH 5.5. Because people has brush their teeth and drink mineral water to decrease acid level in mouth.

Conclusion here is, we should always doing dental checkup once in six month to prevent from tooth decay such as formation of plaque and prevent from tooth disease such as stomatitis and gingivitis.

The statistics shows the acid level in mouth from consumption of sugar/honey in pH values. During the first 5 minutes, honey has the highest acidity as compared to cane sugar where tooth decay occurs. At 15th minutes, the acidity level increases rapidly where tooth decay is unlikely to occur. Honey with pH of 6, fruit sugar with pH of 5 and cane sugar pH of 3.
As the period after eating increases, the pH level for all three sugar increases, thus becoming neutral. At this level, tooth decay is unlikely to occurs due to the neutralise condition. After 20 minutes, the pH of honey is 6.5 while fruit sugar with pH of 5.5 and of course cane sugar with pH of 4.5. The pH of cane sugar increases slowly compared to fruit sugar and honey. After half an hour, the pH of fruit sugar and honey remain neutral at pH of 7 while cane sugar still remains in acidic level of 5.5.
Overall, cane sugar has the highest acid level produced in mouth compared to the other 2 sugars which is honey and fruit sugar. Cane sugar remains acidic even after almost an hour period of eating.

Eating Sweet Foods Produces Acid in the Mouth Which Cause Tooth Decay
The graphs shows acid level in mouth from consumption of cane sugar, fruit sugar and honey that can cause tooth decay. The lowest the pH of the food the highest chances to have tooth decay. The graph shows that cane sugar is the highest chances to have tooth decay followed by fruit sugar and honey is the lowest.
From the graph earliest 5 minutes the cane sugar shows the lowest pH which is more acidity compared to others which is pH 3. This shows sugar cane have the highest which tooth decay occurs. After 31 minutes the pH become to 5.5 which is less acidity. It takes 37 minutes for the cane sugar to reduce its acidity in the mouth which is between this minutes tooth decay process take place. Even though the sugar cane pH more than 5.5 its still have the high chances to have tooth decay unlikely.
After cane sugar it followed by fruit sugar which is the higher chances to have tooth decay. In 5 minutes the pH is 4.1 which is the acid is not so much higher compared to cane sugar. After 21 minutes the pH start to increases above pH 5.5. fruit sugar only takes 26 minutes to go for acid level at which tooth decay is unlikely.
Honey is the lowest chances to have tooth decay. When 5 minutes its have quit highest of pH which is 4.9. this shows its low in acidity. After 14 minutes the pH will increases to 5.5. it is the fastest minute to go for acid level at which tooth decay is unlikely which is 19 minutes compared to cane sugar and fruit sugar.
As conclusion, the chances to have tooth decay will decrease if the pH of the acidity above pH of 5.5. The lowest the pH the more acidity of the food are.

At the moment we consume the level of pH is at 7 which neutral. Within 5 minutes after eating honey the level of pH will reduce to 4.8, the fruit sugar is 4.3 and the cane sugar is very acidic which is 3.5pH. For the next 5 minutes, the level of cane sugar increase to 4.0. The level of acid for fruit sugar also increases to 5.0 but the honey acidic level remains the same.
On the 15th minutes, the level of acid for cane sugar becomes 4.5. The fruit sugar acid level is 5.2. Honey reaches the level of 5.6 which is unlikely to tooth decay. 20 minutes after that, the fruit sugar acidity level is 5.0. The cane sugar takes the longest time to reach the level which is 30 minutes after consumption.

Cane sugar bring the worst effect when it increase the mouth acidity to pH 3.5 after 5 minutes sugar consumed and show a slow increase toward pH 7.

The same pattern showed by fruit sugar for the first 5 minutes with slightly less acidity compared to cane sugar. The acidity decrease to pH 5 about 5 minutes later and maintaining the pattern until achieving neutral. Honey have the less effect to dental health with less acidity compared to the other two and maintain at pH 5 for 10 minutes before showing the extreme increase and manage to archive pH 7 in only 25 minutes.

  56. Acid level in mouth consumption of energy
Above the graph shows the acid level in mouth consumptions of energy. Its shows the decaying and the harmness to our teeth. The ingredients of sweet food are honey, sugar and sugar cane.
By comparing fruit sugar, cane sugar and honey, which are all common ingredients of sweet foods, we find that cane sugar lowers pH levels for the longest period, thus producing the greatest risk of the three. At 35 to40 minutes honey and fruits sugar are remains constants with pH value of 7. At 5 minutes there was droppings of pH value which are 3.5 of cane sugar, 4.2 of fruits sugar and honey with pH value of 4.9. after 10 minutes the pH level increases4.9 that are honey. when the pH level in the mouth is kept above 5.5, acidity is such that teeth are unlikely to be in danger of decay. Sweet foods, however, cause pH in the mouth to drop for a time, and the longer pH levels remain below 5.5, the greater the opportunity for decay to occur.
The conclusions are excessive amounts of sweet can cause a lot of harm to our teeth. Lower pH levels in the mouth is to dangerous this also will cause tooth decay.

Title: Eating sweet food produces acid in the mouth, which can cause tooth decay.

According to the chart, it is shows about eating sweet food produces acid in the mouth, which can cause decay. Anyone who has visited a dentist has been told that eating excessive amounts of sweets risks harming the teeth. This is because sweets lower pH levels in the mouth to dangerous levels. When the pH level in the mouth is kept above 5.5, acidity is such that teeth are unlikely to be in danger of decay.

Actually sweet foods cause pH in the mouth to drop for a time, and the longer pH levels remain below 5.5, the greater the opportunity for decay to occur.

The implications are that people who insist on eating sweet foods should be aware of the ingredients, and that fruit sugar or honey appears preferable to cane sugar.

The graph shows the three different types of sweet foods related to time elapsed after eating sugar or honey. For the fruit sugar after 5 minutes eating the pH level is 4.5, 10 minutes is 5, at the 15 minutes become 5.3 and increased to 5.5 at 20 minutes. In 25 minutes it become 6, and 30 minutes become 6.8 and followed by 35-40 minutes increased to 7.
For the cane sugar, after 5 minutes eaten the pH only at 3 and 10 minutes is 3.7, in 15 minutes is 4.5, followed in 20 minutes later4.7. After 25 minutes the pH increased to 5 and there have increasing to 5.4 in 30 minutes. After 35 minutes the pH level become 6.2 and lastly at 7.
Lastly for the honey after 5 minutes the pH level is 4.7. But in 15 minutes the pH increased to 5.7. In 30 minutes it continues rising up to 6.9 and lastly become 7 in 40 minutes. Overall the cane sugar is the very acidity to compare with another two sugar.

  59. The graph below shows the acidity level in mouth from consumption of sugar/honey. The graph also compared the acidity for fruit sugar, cane sugar and honey. When we are start to chew all that sugar and honey, the acidity is shows at PH 7. When 5 minute reach, the Ph for fruit sugar is 4.3. The Ph of cane sugar is 3.6. And the PH of honey is 4.8. When 10 minute are reach, the PH for fruit sugar is 4.9. The PH of cane sugar is 3.9. And the PH of honey is 4.8. This will be changing by time. But when 40 minutes reach, the PH level for the sugar and honey will back to Ph 7.

  60. Acid level in mouth from consumption of sugar

The graph below shows that eating sweet foods can produce acid in the mouth which can cause tooth decay. There are three types of sugar used for pH level test. It is fruit sugar, cane sugar and also honey.
The pH level is increasing every 5 minutes in fruit sugar. The first 20 minutes the acid level is high and cause the tooth decays. Then, every 5 minutes the acid level is getting to neutral. The next is for cane sugar where it also have the higher acidity until the 35 minutes, and then go to neutral. The pH level is getting decrees slowly till maintain to the neutral pH level.
On the other hand honey also have been increase the pH level for every 5 minutes. The pH level for it is 4.9 and the Ph level is slowly increase and maintain to neutral for rest of the time.

  63. Acid level in mouth from consumption of sugar/honey.

The diagram shows that eating sweet food produces acid in the mouth which can cause tooth decay.
Based on the diagram, it shows that a moment eating sugar and honey influence by high acid levels are measured by low pH values. After 5 minutes eating the fruit sugar, pH value is 4.3 which is the high level of acidity in mouth, tooth decay can easily occurs.
Some more, cane sugar is more sweet than fruit sugar. It shows the pH value is 3.6 and totally the highest level of acidity in mouth just only about 5 minutes of eating. Honey is less acidity and the pH value is 4.8.
It influenced by the balanced food in mouth that do not totally swallow inside to be digest. After 40 minutes of eating sugar/honey, the acid level is decreased and at level 7 which is more alkaline.
The conclusion is, eating sweet foods for early 5 minutes, is the most acidic in our mouth.

  64. Eating sweet foods produces acid in the mouth, which can cause tooth decay. The chart below shows how high acid levels are measured by low pH value.
However, after 5 minutes from consuming sweet foods, the pH level of fruit sugar, cane sugar and honey decreases accordingly. Again after 5 minutes, the pH level of cane sugar and fruit sugar increased slowly but the pH level of honey remains the same. The pH of fruit sugar increase above pH 5.5 after 20 minutes, while honey’s pH level after 13 minutes and cane sugar’s pH level increase only after 30 minutes. The pH level of fruit sugar return to 7in 35 minutes while honey in 25 minutes and cane sugar pH level only return at 40 minutes.
Therefore, by comparing fruit sugar, cane sugar and honey, which are all common ingredients of sweet foods, we find that cane sugar lowers pH levels for the longest periods. The implication, people who consume sweet food more should be aware of the ingredients which can cause a lot of effects to the healthy lifestyle.
