The table shows that Japan and Canada had annual incomes of $15 760 and $11 100 per person, respectively. These figures were overwhelmingly greater than the corresponding figures of $160 in Peru and $130 in Zaire.

Furthermore, we can see that Life expectancy at birth, for example, was higher among the more economically developed countries. Japan reported the highest life expectancy, 78. This was followed by Canada, 76; Peru, 51; and Zaire, 47; This suggests that richer societies are able to put more money into health care than poorer ones. Next is amount of calories consumed daily per person roughly followed the same ranking. Canadians each consumed some 3326 calories per day while the Japanese took 2846 calories. The figures for Peru and Zaire were 1927 and 1749, respectively.

Lastly, we see that literacy rates among adults were higher in wealthier countries. Canada and Japan both reported literacy rates of 99%, while Peru claimed 68%. Zaire, the least economically developed of the four countries, had a literacy rate of 34%.

  18. The data above reveals the social and economic statuses of four countries by a survey conducted in United Nations in 1994.
Firstly, we see that Japanese citizens were earning the greatest and the most significant salaries compared to other counties employees by 15760, this salaries might be reflected on their long life rates and health, here also they occupy the highest life aging average at 78, when it comes to the education we figure out that Japan obtain 99 percent like Canada. Anyway, Canadian Daily calorie supply was relatively higher than Japanese at 3326 and 2846 respectively.
Secondly, and unfortunately, both Peru and Zaire recorded the lowest averages in all four fields of statistic, Peru citizens earn only 160 dollar annually, while the deepest salary amount was in Zaire only 130, at the same time this affected their life expectancy which was 51 year old in Peru and 47 in Zaire, surprisingly, this indicates that both Peru and Zaire are under-developed and uneducated countries, Zaire was one third of the total literacy percentage, whilst Peru was just under third of the whole literacy average.
All in all, we infer that all these four statistics segments are connected remarkably, each one represents the other. Some countries are above developed and extraordinary, while others are too ignorant.

IMPLICATIONS OF THE INDICATORS TO THE COUNTRY

A glance at four indicators of economic and social conditions in four countries, Canada, Japan, Peru and Zaire, in 1994 reflects the great differences that exist between wealthier and poorer nations. The table shows that Japan and Canada had annual incomes of $15 760 and $11 100 per person, respectively.
These figures were overwhelmingly greater than the corresponding figures of $160 in Peru and $130 in Zaire. Health indicators, too, reflected overall levels of affluence in the four nations. Life expectancy at birth, for example, was higher among the more economically developed countries. Japan reported the highest life expectancy, 78. This was followed by Canada, 76; Peru, 51; and Zaire, 47; this suggests that richer societies are able to put more money into health care than poorer ones.
For the Canadian, each consumed some 3 326 calories per day while the Japanese took 2846 calories. The corresponding figures for Peru and Zaire were 1927 and 1749, respectively. Literacy rates among adults, too, were higher in wealthier countries, no doubt a reflection of ability to invest in education. Canada and Japan both reported literacy rates of 99%, while Peru claimed 68%. Zaire, the least economically developed of the four countries, had a literacy rate of 34%. The data appear to confirm the often cited link between national wealth and health and education standards.

SOCIAL AND ECONOMY OF UNITED NATIONS STATISTIC

The data shows the social and economic statuses of four countries by a survey conducted in United Nations in 1994.

Firstly, we see that Japanese citizens were have greater annual income compared to other counties employees by 15760, this salaries might be reflected on their long life rates and health, here also they occupy the highest life aging average at 78, when it comes to the education we find out that Japan obtain 99 percent like Canada. Anyway, Canadian Daily calorie supply was relatively higher than Japanese at 3326 and 2846 respectively.

Secondly, and unfortunately, both Peru and Zaire recorded the lowest averages in all four fields of statistic, Peru citizens earn only 160 dollar annually, while the deepest salary amount was in Zaire only 130, at the same time this affected their life expectancy which was 51 year old in Peru and 47 in Zaire, surprisingly, this indicates that both Peru and Zaire are under-developed and uneducated countries.

Conclusion, we infer that all these four statistics segments are connected remarkably, each one represents the other. Some countries are above developed and extraordinary, while others are too ignorant.

The chart illustrates four items which can partially represent the society and economical status of the local residents who live in four separate countries in 1994.
The statistics can be divided into two sectors regarding to the country’s current status. On the one hand, the developed countries which include Canada and Japan, the amount of money one person can earn a year, were $US11100 and $US15760, respectively. While on the other hand, as for the local-dwellers who lived in countries which were not so well developed such as Peru and Zaire, their annual income were as little as one hundred times lesser than those of Canada and Japan. However, Canadians and Japanese people tend to live twenty years longer than the residents in Peru and Zaire on average. Furthermore, the people from developed countries absorb more calories than the people from non-developed countries each day. It is no surprising to note that nearly all the Canadians and Japanese adults understood the written language whilst only two-thirds of Peru’s dwellers and one third of Zaire’s adults were literacy.
To conclude, there were considerable discrepancies between the two groups of countries. By interpreting the numbers shown on the graph, the two developed countries’ citizens were undoubtedly living in more adequate environment than the other two countries.

    Week 4 ( Q3)

Based on the social and economic indicators for four countries including Canada, Japan, Peru and Zaire had shown that developed countries such as Canada and Peru managed to prepared jobs for almost each of their citizens either in engineering, research and development fields or from forestation. Their citizens annual income per person is more than $10000 as their educational level also increase resulting almost none of their adults are illiterate compared to the non developed countries like Peru and Zaire.

Both advanced technologies and continuous research in medical and health sciences ,managed to increased the life expectancy at birth to more than 75 years old compared to Peru and Zaire with only 51 and 47 years old maybe because of lack of nutritional supplied during pregnancies , improper deliveries and communicable diseases that not been treated. The common problem among the Canadian and Japanese are they prone to get obesity as they took more calories supply every days especially Canadian that prefer spicy and oily foods compared to Japanese that preferred more to seafood.

  56. The table below show social and economic indicators for four countries in 1194, according to United Nations statistics. The four countries are Canada, Japan, Peru and Zaire. For the annual income per person (in US$) Canada had 11100. For Japan is 15760. For Peru is 160 and for Zaire is 130.
For the life expectancy at birth, Canada had 76. For Japan is 78. For Peru is 51 and for Zaire is 47. For daily calorie supply per person, Canada had 3326. For Japan is 2846. For Peru is 1927 and for Zaire is 1749. For percentage of adult literacy rate, Canada had 99%. For Japan is also 99%. For Peru, is 68 and for Zaire is 34.
For annual income per person, the implication for the countries are, if the annual income is increase so the income for the countries also increase. This is because, their citizen will more buy stuff in the country, so the money will increase the income of that country. But for the percentage of adult literacy rate, if the percentage is increase, so this will increase the rate of person with jobless.

Social and Economic Indicators for four countries in 1994
Based on the table, there are varies reading of social and economic indicators for four countries in 1994. The four countries surveyed are Canada, Japan, Peru and Zaire. This was surveyed based on the United Nations Statistics. Several things has been as indicators to see social and economic status; annual income per person, life expectancy at birth, daily calorie supply per person and adult literacy rate in those four countries.

From this survey, we can see Japan seems as a high level economic country due to its annual income per person (in $US) is very high reaching $US15760. Leaving Canada with difference of $US 4650. This may show that , in this country, a higher level of lifestyle and education is practice here. High possibility that most items in this country are very expensive and exclusive.

While in social aspect, we can predict that Zaire noted the lowest level of adult literacy rate (34%) and also lowest reading in other indicators. We can assume that this country cannot be high economically and socially as Japan is because of its lifestyle, income and education practiced by person in that country.
