  1. Typical stages of a good consumer goods manufacturing

From the above diagram, here we see the stages of consumer goods manufacturing. Here also we will the how the consumer goods go through a series of stages before they emerge as finished products ready for sale. Raw materials and manufactured components comprise the initial physical input in the manufacturing process.

However, once obtained the product ready these are stored for later assembly. Then it assembly first depends upon the production planning stage, where it is decided how and in what quantities the stored materials will be processed to create sufficient quantities of finished goods. The planning production stage itself follows the requirements of the goods' design stage that proceeds from extensive research. After assembly, the products are inspected and tested to maintain quality control. Which units that pass through the inspection and testing stages are then packaged, despatched and offered for sale in retail outlets. The level of sales, which is the end point of the manufacturing process, helps determine production planning.

Furthermore, when a product is design, not only the result of product research, but it is also influenced by testing and on the market research. If the testing stage reveals unacceptable problems in the finished product, then adjustments will have to be made to the product's design. Similarly, market research, which examines the extent and nature of the demand for products, has the role of guiding product design to suit consumer demands which may change with time. Market research, while influenced by product sales, also serves to many people in future sales by doing suitable advertising for the goods. Lastly the reality of consumer goods manufacturing goes well beyond a simple linear production process.

  2. The Typical Stages of Consumer Goods
Above the process shows the typical stages of consumer goods. There are several stages how the consumer goods are producing. Firstly the product must researched must know the source of products. Then have to design for the product . then have to design for the product. After that the product is send for the market sales as testing. The product must be advertising to promote
After it work out in the market then it goes for the sales. Later the products are sent for packaging for different variety. After packaging it send for testing due to test the goods before use and sell to the market. At the same time it also send for inspections. Before done product there must be a planning to avoid to be spoilt the goods. At last it divided into two category that are raw materials and manufactured components.
Conclusions is there are many stages of manufacturing of consumer goods. Must follow the correct steps to produces a good. It is also known as simple process of stages of manufacturing consumer googs.

The diagram is about the typical stages of consumer goods manufacturing, including the process by which information is fed back to earlier stages to enable adjustment. From the diagram, we can see that the raw materials and manufacture component are being stored in the storage.
Before they are doing the production planning, they do the product research first then design the product. After that, then they will plan the product progress. Next, they arrange an assembly to do the inspection to the product. Furthermore, before they are marketing the product, they will do testing. If the products are passing the testing criteria, the products will experience packaging.
After the packaging done, they then do the market research on the product. They then do an advertising to make the product well known. The packed product then will dispatch to the shop for sales.
That is how our product being process. It is not a simple process which include so many research.

The graph above shows typical stages of consumer goods manufacturing including the process by which information is fed back to earlier stages to enable adjustments. The graph clearly shows the flow of how products are being manufactured.
Firstly, the raw materials and the manufactured components are being stored. Later on, production planning takes place where the designs of the products are being designed. Then assembly and inspection occurs where the raw materials are being mould to make the product roughly.
Secondly, testing is done thoroughly when the product is almost to finish and that is where the marketing directors of the company do some researches on how the community will be benefiting by the product manufactured by the company. Once the testing is done, the product is being packaged and at the same time, advertisement of the product will be advertised to attract more customers to purchase the product and fully utilize it.
Finally the products will be despatched while salesmen and salesgirls will be assigned to persuade the customers.

Firstly, the raw materials and manufactured components comprise the initial physical input in the manufacturing process. Once obtained, these are stored for later assembly. Then, best upon the production planning stage, where it is decided the quantities the stored materials will be processed to create sufficient quantities of finished goods. The production planning stage then follows the requirements of the goods' design stage that proceeds from extensive research. After the assembly, the products were inspected and tested to maintain quality control l . The units that qualified the inspection and testing stages are then packaged, despatched and offered for sale in retail outlets. The level of sales, which is the end point of the manufacturing process, helps determine production planning.

The product design is not only the result of product research, but is also influenced by testing and market research. If the testing stage reveals unacceptable problems in the finished product, then it adjustments will have to be made to the product's design. 47. Nowadays, life becomes more and more comfortable but people are busier and busier. they don't have time to prepare and cook meals at home. Someone prefers to eat fast- food or eat at food stands and restaurants. But at my point of view, I still prefer to eat at home.

Firstly, eating at home is one of the best ways to enhance the relationship inside your family. Life is busier and people don't have much time to share their feeling together, even though they are in a family. Image the scene that all family members sitting around the table and enjoyed the special soup of mother cooked, everybody tell some funny stories and exchange their feelings about their own work. It's a normal scene in our life time but it can be our memory that we always remember when we are far from home. Besides, cooking meals at home maybe a family traditional. For examples, as in my family, we always prepare and cook meals at home and we feel warmer and happier.

Secondly, home-cooked meals always cheaper than food in restaurant. For instance, with the money for two bucket of KFC chicken dishes, we can buy food for all our family in a whole week. So cooking meals at home is always one of the best ways for the housewives who want to save money.

Not only that home cooking we always can maintain the hygiene. All the foods that we cook we know that we wash cleanly and our kitchen is need and clean. If at restaurant we don’t know how clean is their kitchen and how they maintain their hygiene, that is important for our health.

The conclusion is the better is home cook. It is a wonderful pleasure to eat mothers cook. Other than mothers cook no one can attract my heart for this 22 years.

Due to busy at work and managing the house, most mother’s today prefer outside food. Their only reason is because they do not have the sufficient time to go to the market and cook at home. Even the mass media has an advertisement on fast food promotion where a busy mother gets home after work with a bucket of fast food for her family.
I would prefer eating at home rather than spending money on outside food. Once in a while would be reasonable but its best to prepare and eat at home. One of benefits of preparing at home is that we’re able to prepare various types of food with our own taste and ingredients. Such as a family gathering dinner served with various meals even desert. We can decide the way we want the dish to be like either less salt or less oil. Outside food has higher content of fats and salts where are the main causes of diseases such as hypertension or other condition regarding the heart. The amount of preservatives content also unhealthy especially for youngsters who will deteriorate the brain cell functions. Junk food and fast food has high content of colouring and preservatives such as monosodium glutamate (MSG) which mostly used as food flavouring.
Cooking also can be an interesting hobby. Cooking at home actually helps to improve the creativity of preparing dishes. With various ingredients and cooking utensils, it’s much more comfortable and fun to cook at the comfort of your home. Outside food is prepared differently. Some may find the food delicious, while some may find the food not suitable. Some people tend to have allergic on foods so there is limitations of ordering food at a stall or a food stand. At home, there is no limitation of food preparation such that can be replaced with other ingredients so that everyone can enjoy a nice and delicious food without limitation.
Try looking at an article of the newspaper, we can see that cases regarding the safety and hygiene at food manufacturing centres. How can we be sure that the food prepared is clean? Food stands and stalls filled with rats running around and by the roadside is not suitable as these are the reasons causing food poisoning and worm infestation. Food poisoning and worm infestation are caused by contaminated food prepared due to the environment and the cleanliness of the person preparing the food.
Generally, its fine to eat outside but its much more better to have meals at home as less risk are exposed. Preparing food at home is much healthier and safe. Thus, reducing the risk of health condition such as food poisoning and worm infestation. Also, preparation of food at home maintains the genuine of traditional meals and promote improvement in cooking. This skill has been mastered by our early generation over the years and should not be taken lightly just because we are busy with our career.

The diagram below shows the typical stages of consumer goods manufacturing, including the process by which information is fed back to earlier stages to enable adjustment. We can see in the diagram shows the raw material and manufactured components then after that is storage. Before the production planning, we must do the research on the product. This is because the design will be selected before the planning production.
After the planning production, the assembly will be arrange to do the inspection to the product to testing the quality of that product and for identify the product is suitable with the design that selected.
After that process is done, the product will recognize in the market research to know how the market will go on. Then, the advertising will be done to attract the costumer to buy. When the process of the packaging is done, the product will be send by the dispatch to the super market or shop that interested with the product to sold it in the market.

Typical stages and the process of manufacturing
The diagram shows the typical stages of consumer goods manufacturing, including the process by which information is fed back to earlier stages to enable adjustment. We can see in the diagram shows that the raw materials and manufactured components are then storage, but the product must be research first. The design will be done before the production planning.
After the process, one assembly will be held and in the assembly they will do the inspection regarding the process of manufacturing. Then, the next process is teaching the staff to design the product of manufacturing. After the product is completely go through all the process, the packing aging will be done the next.
When the process was almost done, of course the advertising will be launch. Every product needs to have the advertising to make people know about the product. Market research will be done after that to compare the prices with another product. Then, the despatch will send the product to market or anywhere. There, the product will be sold at the shops or any place that they have chosen.

  70. Typical stages of consumer goods manufacturing.

The diagram shows the typical of consumer goods manufacturing, including the process by information is fed back to earlier stages to enable adjustment. The raw materials and manufactured component are kept for storage.
Once it has been storage, than it will be for planning the production stage, where it is decided how and in what quantities the stored materials will be processed to create sufficient quantities of finished goods. Than, it will be assemble the products to inspect and tested to maintain quality control. Those units that pass the inspection and testing stages are then packaged, dispatched and offered for sale in retail outlets. The level of sales, which is the end point of the manufacturing process, helps determine production planning.
Than the product will be tested for marketing research. If after assembly and inspection and reveals unacceptable problems in the finished product, then adjustments will have to be made to the product's design. Market research, while influenced by product sales, also serves to foster future sales by devising suitable advertising for the goods. Thus the reality of consumer goods manufacturing goes well beyond a simple linear production process.

Typical Stages Of Consumer Goods Manufacturing

Raw materials and manufactured components comprise the initial physical input in the manufacturing process. Once obtained, these are stored for later assembly. But assembly first depends upon the production planning stage, where it is decided how and in what quantities the stored materials will be processed to create sufficient quantities of finished goods. The production planning stage itself follows the requirements of the goods' design stage that proceeds from extensive research. After assembly, the products are inspected and tested to maintain quality control. Those units that pass the inspection and testing stages are then packaged, despatched and offered for sale in retail outlets. The level of sales, which is the end point of the manufacturing process, helps determine production planning.A product's design is not only the result of product research, but is also influenced by testing and market research. If the testing stage (after assembly and inspection) reveals unacceptable problems in the finished product, then adjustments will have to be made to the product's design. Similarly, market research, which examines the extent and nature of the demand for products, has the role of guiding product design to suit consumer demands which may change with time. Market research, while influenced by product sales, also serves to foster future sales by devising suitable advertising for the goods.
